The wedding took place at the Greens Restaurant

in San Francisco, which is located right next to the Long Now foundation, which is very much worth a visit if you're there. Christine & Tom gave little lego boxes as party favors, and the many geeky guests sneakily put together their toys during the speeches, making it the most fun wedding I've ever been to. Lisa had a great time too, since all the food was Vegan, so for the first time in a while, she ate everything served at the wedding dinner. Thanks, Christine! Posted by Picasa

I've always wanted to eat at Greens! Was the food as good as its reputation?

Congratulations, Christine and Tom!

The food was indeed excellent --- the best vegan food I'd ever had (though some of the fake meat places I've been to have been pretty good as well, and aren't as formal a dining place).

The thing is, I woke up the next morning unusually hungry, as did Lisa, so I suspect the food isn't geared towards active people but rather, the typical San Francisco resident who doesn't bike 150 miles a week. (Though Lisa didn't bike 150 miles that week either...)
